Let me introduce myself...
Hi I’m Ashley,
the artist behind the painting. Ever since I could remember, I’ve loved working with my hands and creating. I wanted to share this love through teaching and decided to go to school to be an art teacher. While I loved sharing my passion, I still itched for my own art pracitce.
When my now husband and I moved across the country from GA to WA, I wasn’t sure what direction I would go. Without a solid plan, I began to create. As I created I began to offer commissioned artwork. With this opportunity to create, I had a new determination to make my dream of making art my profession a reality.
When my husband and I got married and I found the magic that makes a wedding day to be so intoxicating that I knew that I wanted to be part of that for others. It has taken time for me to find my calling and getting here has not been linear but I finally have found exactly where I belong - behind my easel.
Through my art practice, I’ve had the honor to create for so many people!

I love creating every story! I feel my cup is filled with each of your stories, as you allow me to tell them through each brushstroke.
There is something so incredible about documenting such special moments as a live painter. I get to tell the remarkable story of love, dedication, acceptance, commitment, joy, sadness and every detail that brought the couple to this moment. Through my brush strokes I get to capture a celebration of all that came before and the start of everything that will come after. The story of love is something I will never get tired of telling, and it is the greatest of honors to be a part of that story.
